Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Real Property Technician to provide full-time, on-site support at Fort Drum, NY. You will manage real property and financial data in GFEBS, perform inventories, and support audits, reporting to the Project Manager/Real Property Lead.

A strong background with Army real property and effective communication with government clients is preferred. The role requires 2 years of administrative support experience, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work with GIS and property teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2 years' experience in administrative support, report and correspondence preparation, creation of excel spreadsheets, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Additionally, CAC within past two years or experience with GFEBS real property data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter GFEBS data and update facilities
• Reconcile HQIIS data and GFEBS records
• Generate InSITE reports and correct errors
• Compile and validate documentation for data entry
• Conduct onsite physical surveys for facility usage and occupancy
• Obtain photographs and ensure documentation is complete
• Validate data against GFEBS records
• Coordinate facility updates with GIS team
