Socket.dev is seeking a Real Property Specialist to provide full-time, on-site support at Fort Drum, NY. The role focuses on maintaining real property and financial data in GFEBS, ensuring audit readiness, and coordinating with GIS and DPW teams.

The ideal candidate has experience with Army real property, financial audits, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with government clients. Duties include data analysis, reporting, and liaison with multiple stakeholders to keep

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in financial and business process analysis.
• Two years’ experience in Army real property/GFEBS.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to clearly speak, read, and write in English; US citizen; pass a National Agency Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform GFEBS data entries and updates for facilities.
• Validate GFEBS records using HQIIS data.
• Generate InSITE reports and correct errors.
• Compile and validate documentation for data entry.
• Generate queries from HQIIS and GFEBS and export to Word/Excel.
• Conduct onsite surveys to determine facility usage and occupancy.
