Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Project Manager / Real Property Lead to provide full-time, onsite support at Fort Drum, NY. The role focuses on real property data integrity in GFEBS, guiding a team, and ensuring audit readiness through precise data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have Army real property experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train staff while coordinating with the GIS team and Fort Drum leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in financial and business process analysis preferred.
• 2 years’ experience leading a small team (5–10 people) required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite project support to Fort Drum DPW and oversee real property data in GFEBS.
• Lead real property team tasks, training, mentoring, and quality control of deliverables.
• Coordinate with GIS team to validate measurements and synchronize property updates.
• Run HQIIS and GFEBS queries and generate reports for audit readiness.
• Ensure reporting aligns with real property physical and digital records.
