Job summary

Thompson Gray is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management and validation of records. The role includes assembling documentation, performing data entry, reviewing GFEBS data, and producing regular reports at assigned garrisons and directorates.

onsite position requiring 2+ years of experience; bachelor’s/master’s in business, accounting, finance, or related field (or CPA/CDFM/CGFM/PMP).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; or related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP). 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• No security clearance required; favorable NACI for CAC issuance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
