Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management and record validation at assigned garrisons and directorates. The role involves documenting, data entry, and reporting, ensuring accuracy across GFEBS and related records.

Candidates should have 2+ years’ experience, analytical writing skills, and a relevant degree. No active security clearance required; NACI may be needed for CAC issuance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or related certification (CPA, CGFM, CGFM, or PMP). 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; favorable adjudication for CAC issuance (NACI or higher) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support real property asset record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates.
• Assist with physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
