Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management in an onsite role.

You will validate asset records, assemble documentation, and perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records across assigned garrisons and directorates. The position emphasizes reviewing GFEBS records, correcting real property data, and preparing space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval, while contributing to regular validation and status

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical writing and documentary-detail orientation.
• Experience with real property asset management or DoD/property records is a plus.
• Bachelor's or higher in business/finance/public administration; certifications acceptable in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support real property asset record validation and documentation at assigned sites.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against documentation and note discrepancies.
• Update GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
