HOW WILL YOU DRIVE EXCELLENCE AS OUR PROGRAM MANAGER?

You’ll have a hand in vital administration and project management responsibilities, working closely with the COR (contracting officer’s representative) to ensure quality across all project scheduling, cost, and deliverable aspects. When we’re awarded a task, you’ll develop a detailed project management plan (PMP) to coordinate vital staffing, labor, quality control, and site visit needs. You’ll lead a regional kickoff meeting within 30 days of task award, oversee installation-level meetings, and host bi-weekly coordination teleconferences with the COR to ensure all team members are on the same page.

Throughout each project, you’ll prepare and submit monthly status reports and engineer invoices to monitor progress and costs. You’ll complete weekly production reviews, compare progress to the installation schedule, and adjust operations, conditions, or priorities as needed to ensure timely completion. If any scheduling issues or performance risks arise, you’ll swiftly contact the COR and recommend corrective actions. Highly attentive to detail, you’ll track government furnished information (GFI) and the data requirements list, maintain training and access to the appropriate analysts, and assist in other areas as needed to support quality project management operations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• US citizenship
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field such as business, finance, or real estate
• 3+ years of program or project management experience, including federal contract delivery
• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) with experience presenting to government stakeholders
• Ability to complete quarterly in-person check-ins at Joint Base Andrews, MD (local day trips from Landover HQ) and occasionally travel to regional kickoff meetings as needed

Experience with DoD, federal real property/real estate, or financial management programs is strongly preferred. Our ideal Program Manager has earned a PMP or DoD Financial Management certification (Level II or III) and is experienced with DoD real property systems such as NexGen IT. Experience working as a COR-facing program or project manager on a GSA MAS or similar federal task order is also preferred.
