ARE YOU THE SENIOR QUALITY CONTROL AND COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in quality control, compliance review, internal audit, or a related oversight function, preferably supporting federal or DoD engagements
• Strong working knowledge of Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes
• U.S. citizen
• Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting or editing government-facing correspondence

Experience with FIAR, A-123, or similar federal audit-readiness frameworks, prior quality assurance experience supporting a GSA MAS or similar federal task order, and familiarity with NexGen IT or comparable DoD real property systems are preferred.

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position based in Landover, MD, with shifts scheduled during business hours and occasional travel to Joint Base Andrews and other installation sites as needed.

As our Senior Quality Control and Compliance Consultant, you'll ensure program quality and compliance by reviewing corrective action packages, validating supporting documentation, and confirming records are accurate and submission-ready before government review. You'll identify trends, uncover recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and support responses to government findings. You'll monitor compliance with PWS requirements, FAR clauses, and Corrective Action Plan processes while collaborating with leadership to strengthen program performance. You'll also provide surge review support and assist with Program Manager responsibilities as needed, helping ensure operational excellence across the program.
