Job summary

One Roof Investment Group, a high-volume real estate investment company, is seeking a One Roof Sales Representative trained in the full wholesale process. Your focus may be acquisitions or dispositions depending on strengths and needs.

You will build relationships with agents and buyers, source off-market opportunities, analyze ARV and repairs, negotiate terms, and move deals toward closing. A fast-moving, performance-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable negotiating and asking for the sale.
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Disciplined with follow-up.
• Organized and capable of managing a sales pipeline.
• Able to perform in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
• Real estate experience preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with ARV, comps, repairs, cash buyers, and hard money is a plus.
• CRM experience preferred, including Close and Podio.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents, wholesalers, and property sellers.
• Source and negotiate off-market real estate opportunities.
• Analyze properties using ARV, comps, repairs, and investor margins.
• Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms.
• Consistently follow up with leads and opportunities.
• Secure profitable properties under contract.
• Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers and investors.
• Match properties with buyers based on location, price, strategy, and rehab.
• Market and sell contracted properties.
• Negotiate pricing and assignment terms.
• Follow up with buyers and move deals toward closing.
