Qualifications

• Understand the basic concept of real estate wholesaling.
• Have made seller calls, cold calls, or spoken with homeowners or prospects.
• Have some experience handling objections or working through sales conversations.
• Have tried wholesaling, investing, lead generation, or finding deals on your own.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with homeowners about potentially selling their property
• Running structured seller conversations
• Asking questions and identifying seller needs
• Handling common objections
• Following up consistently
• Presenting offers once trained
• Negotiating and working toward signed agreements
• Tracking activity and performance
• Working in-office alongside our acquisitions team
• Realistic first-year earning potential: $60K–$80K
• Strong performers can grow beyond that as skills and production increase
