Job summary

One Roof Investment Group is seeking a driven Sales Representative for in-person wholesaling in Tempe, AZ. You will build relationships with sellers and investors, negotiate terms, and drive acquisitions or dispositions through to closing in a high-volume, commission-based environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales experience, strong communication, and a readiness to be coached. You will receive training, leads, and a pathway to significant earnings; CRM experience with Close or Podio

Qualifications

• : 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• : Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• : Comfortable negotiating and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents, wholesalers, and property sellers.
• Source and negotiate off-market real estate opportunities.
• Analyze properties using ARV, comps, repairs, and investor margins.
• Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms.
• Consistently follow up with leads and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investors.
• Match properties with buyers and move deals toward closing.
• Follow up with buyers and maximize profitability.
