Job summary

Brio Real Estate is seeking an Associate to provide valuation support for the BREDS Finance and Reporting Team in Dallas. You will contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis for BREDS investment vehicles, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive accurate valuations and projections.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with valuation, forecasting, or project management required.
• Strong Excel skills; valuation or forecasting experience required.
• Experience in financial services and/or real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly valuation process; calculate mark-to-market estimates and projected fund returns.
• Maintain models supporting investment return expectations for long-term projections.
• Prepare analytics and scenario analyses on loan maturities and market activity.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Valuation Committee materials.
• Collaborate with operations, asset management, portfolio management, compliance, legal and IT on valuations.
