Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of Valuation experience.
• Understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with ASC 805, ASC 350, and ASC 718.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and explain financial data.
• Review financial information related to assets and liabilities.
• Conduct market research on guideline companies.
• Collaborate with team during project planning.
• Prepare reports and executive presentations.
