Bellwether, a global advisory firm, seeks a Senior Analyst on the Valuations Team to support valuations of a portfolio of commercial real estate investments across the United States. You will maintain complex financial analyses, evaluate investment performance and underwrite periodic real estate investments, with exposure to senior leadership.

Qualificações

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in real estate valuations, consulting, portfolio management or audit/accounting.
• Experience with property underwriting and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ARGUS Enterprise.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate investments across the United States, including DCF/sale comparable/cost analyses and reporting.
• Maintain detailed asset-level cash flow models.
• Review leasing activity and monthly property operating performance for valuations.
• Analyze market data and comparable transactions.
• Compile valuations data to assist fundraising, marketing, DDQs and investor requests.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
