The analyst will prepare evaluation reports, support the Residential Mortgage Team, and produce monthly/quarterly QC reports, while analyzing market trends and maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Commercial and residential real estate evaluation experience
Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate appraisals and the use of an evaluation report
Proficient navigation skills with Word, Excel, and artificial intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities

Conduct independent administrative compliance review of commercial and residential real estate appraisals to ensure regulatory and bank requirements.
Act as liaison to the business line and to the Residential Mortgage Team for elevated appraisal reports and AMCs.
Write commercial and residential real estate evaluations and review reports in a timely manner.
Conduct and write monthly and quarterly quality control reports of appraisals ordered by the Residential Mortgage team.
Analyze market trends and valuations using internal and external tools to provide data.
Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders and support reporting and administrative tasks.
Assist the appraisal coordinator with documenting and tracking valuation orders and deadlines.
Handle adhoc projects as requested.
