Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review appraisal and evaluation reports for compliance with policy.
• Assist with procurement and ordering processes.
• Perform validations and in-house evaluations as needed.
• Support regulatory exams and internal audits.
• Train staff on appraisal materials and systems.
• Coordinate with departments to monitor appraisal workflow.
• Oversee external appraiser quotes and appraisal requests.
• Support implementation of new appraisal software.
