Home Buyers of Pittsburgh is seeking a Listing and Transaction Coordinator to support our award-winning local team. You’ll handle listing setup, MLS entries, disclosures, and a fast-moving paper process behind our sales agents.

Manage 40–50 active listings, coordinate showings and offers, and ensure clean files for closing. Pennsylvania real estate license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days is required; prior transaction coordination experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Prior experience coordinating real estate transactions.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable on the phone with buyers, sellers, agents and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Get every property to market listed and live with photos, descriptions, MLS entry, disclosures, and listing agreements.
• Build and send off-market email blasts to investor buyers and manage replies.
• Manage 40–50 active listings with price changes, status updates, photos, and MLS/compliance.
• Coordinate showings, inquiries, and offers for clean negotiation information.
• Turn accepted offers into complete, compliant files and hand to the coordinator to close.
• Chase signatures and documents to keep deals on schedule.
• Own data in CRM, ops sheet, and compliance platforms.
• Report weekly pipeline: listed, under contract, stuck.
• Cross-train to back up closing coordination during spikes and vacations.
