You will participate in major transactions, supporting attorneys and deal teams across acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development matters.

• Bachelor's degree and strong interest in commercial real estate or legal industry.
• Excellent track record and ability to think critically.

• Perform varied work spanning inception to closing on real estate transactions.
• Assist deal teams in due diligence, preparing legal documents, and researching precedents.
