Boutique law firm seeks talented Real Estate Attorney

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in California.

Full-time real estate attorney with 2-6 years of experience in a real estate transactional practice.

Candidate must have significant experience in the area of commercial real estate law as well as outstanding drafting skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. Must be reliable, responsible, motivated, friendly, and able to thrive in a small firm environment. The ability to work well with and support others is key. Competitive salary and benefits.

Job Details

Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents. In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
