  • Perform due diligence, including title and survey review.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Maintain case files and timekeeping to meet billable hours.
  • Maintain knowledge of Florida real estate law and procedures.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our esteemed team in Florida.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions and a proven track record of success in providing strategic legal advice.

  • Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on real estate matters and develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Meet billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law and transaction procedures.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
