Linda and The Caruso Group is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to guide home buyers and sellers from contract to close in Palm Harbor, FL. You will coordinate inspections, escrow paperwork, and closing schedules while ensuring all documents are signed accurately and filed properly. A customer-focused communicator with strong organization will thrive.

Experience in real estate transactions is valued; real estate license preferred. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Real estate license preferred.
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.
• Enter client information into the client database system and submit documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity.
• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly.
• Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules.
• Help agents, customers, and other parties with escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
