Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Real Estate & Title Operations Specialist to support real estate and title matters for third-party project financing. You’ll ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries across Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners.

You will work in a hybrid setup from Boston, Chicago, or DC offices, reporting to the Director, Financing Operations, coordinating multiple transactions and driving resolutions to keep financings moving.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in real estate, title, or related transactions.
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver real estate requirements for project financing, ensuring documentation meets investor and company standards.
Review title commitments, proformas, ALTA surveys, and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
Drive resolution of title defects by coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
Identify risks that could delay funding and work with stakeholders to resolve.
Communicate next steps to Portfolio Operations, Finance, and Legal to support timely real estate packages.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to maintain project timelines and address real estate challenges.
Review real estate and title documents with high accuracy and alignment to standards.
Own real estate financing-readiness tracking across projects.
Track and report progress on deliverables using internal systems.
Represent Nexamp professionally with lender counsel and partners.
Help standardize workflows, templates, and playbooks for repeatable execution.
