Old Republic National Title Insurance seeks an Education Attorney to develop and deliver CE programs on Florida real estate law and title insurance. You will craft live seminars and online courses for agents, employees, and clients, ensuring content stays current with regulatory changes and industry best practices.

The role combines legal expertise with education design, requiring a JD, Florida bar admission, and at least five years in real estate law or title insurance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law (Florida preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and/or title insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and related regulatory frameworks.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the title industry, social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation best practices.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an engaging, accessible way.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and deliver continuing education (CE) seminars for title agents, customers, and company employees throughout Florida.
• Design, implement, and maintain online training programs, including Florida Learning Center courses and CE credit offerings.
• Collaborate with state, regional, and field leadership to identify training needs and develop educational content for both live and virtual delivery.
• Create, update, and maintain course materials that address current real estate and title insurance topics.
• Secure speakers, coordinate logistics, and facilitate the successful execution of seminars and training sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florida and national real estate and title insurance industry developments.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and bar programs through educational presentations.
• Deliver instruction on legal, regulatory, and industry topics at conferences and seminars.
