Job summary

NextPlay Jobs in Seekonk, MA is seeking an experienced title and closing professional to own residential transactions from contract through closing. This hands-on, high-visibility role requires speed, problem solving, and independent file management.

You will review title abstracts, resolve liens and mortgage issues, coordinate with attorneys, lenders, buyers and sellers, and prepare HUDs and Closing Disclosures to keep deals moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title processing or closing coordination
• Strong knowledge of title review and title clearance
• Experience managing files from opening through closing
• Experience reviewing title abstracts and resolving title issues

Responsibilities

• Manage files from contract execution through title clearance and closing
• Review title abstracts, commitments, and closing documents
• Resolve liens, mortgages, and other title issues
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, buyers, and sellers
• Prepare and review HUDs and Closing Disclosures
• Ensure figures reconcile and files are ready to close
• Provide proactive updates to keep transactions moving
