Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in real estate title, title processing, closing, escrow, or related role.
• Working knowledge of residential real estate transactions and contracts.
• Experience with title or closing software.

Responsibilities

• Open new title orders and review contracts for completeness.
• Coordinate closing processes and post-closing tasks.
• Communicate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and clients.
• Monitor multiple transactions toward closing and maintain file accuracy.
• Assist with signatures, escrow, and disbursement as needed.
