Luxury Presence, a fast-growing proptech marketing platform, is seeking a Client Success Manager II in Austin. You’ll own a client journey from onboarding to renewal, guiding website builds for top-tier clients and turning insights into actionable marketing plans.

You’ll manage a diverse book of business, collaborate across teams, and optimize processes to drive speed, value, and retention. The role combines strategic guidance with hands-on project management in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing a book of business.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Social, Content and/or Paid Media.
• A track record of results oriented success built on data and analytics.
• Prior success as a result of your innovation.
• Previous success in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Experience with Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress.
• Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, sunny disposition.
• Interest in real estate industry.
