Job summary

GVW Group is seeking a Real Estate Tech and Process Analyst to design and optimize automation and information systems. You will work directly with the Founder to streamline acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management processes.

You will build workflows, manage SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive, and implement AI tools to support growth. A Six Sigma Green Belt and strong organizational skills are essential for driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong technology aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter mentality with ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve Power Automate workflows.
• Manage and optimize SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create automated approval processes, notifications, reporting systems, and document workflows.
