CoStar Group, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks an Associate Implementation Consultant to join the Consulting division and help implement the CoStar Real Estate Manager suite. You will define client requirements, set up systems, map data, and support go-live.

Ideal candidates are technically proficient, with software/services delivery experience, and eager to grow in a young, expanding organization. In-office, Monday–Friday.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Pro-active team player and self-starter with ability to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• Expertise with MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Set up and install technical systems for client solutions.
• Work with clients to map data, transfer data, and create documentation.
• Train client users or coordinate trainings.
• Test and troubleshoot system functionality and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide product/process feedback to drive improvements.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Advise clients on best practices and configurations.
• Coordinate development work and assist in UAT and Go Live support.
• Support requirements gathering and documentation.
