Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant in Atlanta, GA to support the CoStar Real Estate Manager suite. You will define client requirements, assist data mapping, configure systems, and support go-live.

Responsibilities include setup, testing, training, UAT, and cross-team coordination to drive improvements. A Bachelor's degree and experience with MS Office and MS SQL Server are preferred, with strong communication and multi-project delivery essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• Pro-active team player and self-starter with ability to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with user community and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience with MS Office and MS SQL Server.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Define and document client requirements, system setup and configuration.
• Data migration mapping, system testing, and go-live support.
• Train or coordinate training for client users; conduct UAT and issue escalation.
• Provide feedback to product and services teams for improvements.
• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
• Advise clients on best practices and coordinate with internal resources.
