Job summary

CoStar Group in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to support implementation of the Real Estate Manager suite. You will map client requirements, set up configurations, and coordinate data migrations while working closely with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or college.
• Pro-active team player with ability to drive decisions and resolve issues.
• Effective written and oral communication to liaise between user community, sponsors and technical team.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience with MS Office and MS SQL Server.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install technical systems, applications, or processes for clients.
• Manage client access, data mapping, and data transfer.
• Train client users and test functionality; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to product and services teams for improvements.
• Handle multiple implementation projects concurrently.
• Advise clients on best practices and coordinate development work.
• Configure client systems and coordinate with internal resources.
• Perform system testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Provide UAT and Go Live support for clients.
• Document requirements and support knowledge transfer.
