CoStar Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Atlanta, GA to assist clients with platform questions, troubleshoot SaaS tools, and deliver first-rate service. This full‑time, on‑site role places you at the center of our customer success team, connecting clients with rapid, thoughtful solutions.

You will become a product expert, work with Salesforce and other tools, handle inquiries across email, phone and calls, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows applications.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert by staying up to date on new features and issues.
