Qualifications

• Energetic, relationship-driven recruiter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience building recruiting pipelines and pursuing agents.
• Willing to attend events, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Strong knowledge of Middle Tennessee real estate market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit real estate agents across Middle Tennessee.
• Prospect via calls, texts, social media, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Schedule recruiting appointments and career consultations.
• Build relationships with agents open to future opportunities.
• Communicate Elam Real Estate's culture and support to agents.
• Develop recruiting campaigns with the marketing team.
• Maintain recruiting pipeline and follow-up in Courted.
• Track activity and report progress to leadership.
