Job summary

Old Republic Title's Eastern Title Division is seeking an Agency Support Trainer to deliver software training to title agents and internal teams, helping them efficiently use the platform and streamline closing workflows. The role blends training and support, requiring real estate industry knowledge and ability to communicate complex technical information.

Travel domestically for in-state and out-of-state sessions may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years participating in real estate closings and producing closing documents.
• Minimum 3 years using real estate and settlement software; experience with Qualia/RamQuest/ResWare preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in education or training roles, public speaking or leading group meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software-focused training sessions for onboarding and beyond.
• Provide knowledge of software functionality to increase workflow efficiency.
• Lead training sessions as a subject matter expert across user levels.
• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions using webinar tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software platform.
• Travel in-state and out-of-state for training sessions as needed.
