CompucomStaffing is seeking a Real Estate ServiceNow Developer - Consultant to join our client's team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on translating business needs into ServiceNow WSD configurations and floor-plan implementations.

You will review occupancy-planning requirements, evaluate current WSD capabilities, and design practical migration roadmaps, with a strong emphasis on integrations, AutoCAD floor plans, and stakeholder collaboration.

We are currently seeking a qualified Real EstateServiceNow Developer - Consultantto join our client's teamin Charlotte, NC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review current business requirements and occupancy-planning processes
Assess existing ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) capabilities against those requirements
Work with client floor plans and business scenarios
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ServiceNow configurations
Develop representative floor-plan examples within ServiceNow WSD
Evaluate what functionality can be migrated, what would require modification, and what may remain outside ServiceNow
Identify integration considerations, dependencies, gaps, and potential constraints
Provide a practical recommendation and roadmap for potential migration or expansion

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) experience
Practical experience with space and occupancy management
Experience with workplace reservations
Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions
Demonstrated ability to configure/build ServiceNow WSD solutions
AutoCAD/floor-plan proficiency
Understanding of corporate real estate and workplace management processes
Experience conducting technical/business POCs
Ability to assess integrations and migration approaches
Strong consultative and stakeholder-facing skills

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $65.40- $87.20 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
