Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time role for a Real Estate Salesperson at NextHome Dream Seekers Realty in Harrisburg, PA, serving clients across South Central PA.

You will conduct property showings, guide buyers and sellers through negotiations, build lasting client relationships, and stay current on local market trends. You will not do it alone: our agents are supported by an in-house coach, proven systems and tools, and marketing support that helps you grow your own business and brand.

We are building a small core team of full-time agents who work hard, play harder, and take great care of people. If that sounds like you, you will fit right in.
