Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings (e.g., social media, MLS)
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
• Manage communication and coordination between all parties during transactions
• Maintain records, provide exceptional client service, and nurture long-term relationships
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate quick and easy closings
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

Qualifications:

• Education & Licensing: High school diploma (required), valid real estate license, or motivation to obtain one
• Experience: Sales, negotiation, or customer service background preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MLS, real estate tools, and digital marketing
• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, with a client-first mindset
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Organized and effective time management
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Compensation: $116,200 - $186,300 yearly
