Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Act as the intermediary in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing process to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
  3. Seek out acquisition targets and grow your book of leads to support future growth.
  4. Provide market research to clients to help them make informed decisions.
  5. Show commercial properties for business purposes and provide financial and analytical data to clients.
  6. Participate in Marcus and Millichap University Education and Certification programs.
  7. Follow the team plan and drive business growth through proactive outreach, cold calls, meetings, and industry events.
  8. Gain expertise in investment goals, valuation, acquisitions, dispositions, property analyses, market comparisons, research, and industry trends.
  9. Build and grow client relationships, negotiate deals, and manage exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements.
  10. Engage in top-tier training and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
  • Knowledge of industry practices and lease language.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Good communication skills and a driven, coachable attitude.

Compensation: $175,000 per year at plan.
