Formación

Responsabilidades

• Proactively follow up with leads, prospects, past clients, and sphere contacts to generate new business.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify client needs, goals, motivation, and timeline.
• Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, open houses, networking, and database follow-up.
• Guide buyers through the home search, showing, offer, and closing process with confidence and professionalism.
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory, pricing, neighborhoods, and community information.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up to ensure strong communication and lead conversion.
• Participate in team training, coaching, meetings, and accountability to continuously improve performance.
