Qualifications

• Three + years’ experience selling real estate required.
• Active Real Estate License required.
• Technologically proficient with PCs and Macs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong business sense and financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Experience in training, coaching and leading people preferred.
• Excellent presentation and grammar, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates with Branch Manager support.
• Support day-to-day branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth, coaching agents on business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards including RESPA and Fair Housing.
