You will build Thrive’s sales performance strategy, run monthly challenges and coaching labs, mentor agents to top producer status, and track KPIs across appointments, listings, pendings, and closings.

Qualifications

• Several years of direct real estate sales production.
• Experience leading a brokerage team or recruiting agents.
• Proficiency with CRM and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop Thrive's sales strategy and performance framework.
• Launch and oversee monthly sales challenges, incentives, and accountability systems.
• Conduct daily huddles, roleplay labs, and lead conversion bootcamps.
• Mentor agents across levels to reach top producer status.
• Track KPIs: appointments, listings, pendings, closings; adjust as needed.
• Design onboarding and ramp-up for new agents with leadership.
