Colorado Property Group is seeking a Buyer’s Agent to join our Durango team. You will work directly with homebuyers, guiding them from initial conversations through closing, and build lasting client relationships within an established team.

No years of real estate experience are required; we’re looking for strong communicators who thrive in a performance-driven, commission-based environment and are motivated to turn opportunities into relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and relationships.

• Coachable and willing to learn, practice, and consistently follow proven sales systems and processes.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, following up with prospective clients, and asking for the business.
• Colorado real estate license preferred; candidates actively pursuing or willing to obtain their license are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, education, management, or another relationship-focused profession is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to new buyer inquiries and opportunities provided through the team.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers, understand their goals, and guide them from initial conversation through closing.
• Schedule and conduct property showings while helping clients evaluate homes, neighborhoods, pricing, and market conditions.
• Educate buyers on the purchasing process, financing considerations, contracts, inspections, and important transaction milestones.
• Prepare and negotiate offers with guidance and support from experienced team leadership.
• Consistently follow up with prospective and active clients using the team’s CRM, systems, and proven follow-up processes.
• Develop new client relationships through prospecting, referrals, community connections, and team-generated opportunities.

We provide the training, coaching, technology, systems, leads, and support. You bring the drive to turn those opportunities into relationships.

Compensation

$75,000 at commission based plan
