Shorewest is seeking energetic real estate sales professionals to join our Racine County team. You will work a pipeline of company-provided leads and your own network, guide buyers and sellers from initial conversations to accepted offers, and conduct showings and open houses to close deals.

This role offers a 100% commission structure with strong earning potential. We provide training to help you obtain the Wisconsin real estate salesperson license and build a repeat-and-referral book through

You’ll work a pipeline of company-provided leads alongside your own network, run showings and open houses, negotiate offers and build a repeat-and-referral book in Racine and across Racine County. Compensation is 100% commission — Shorewest agents typically earn between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, with no cap. Your schedule is yours, full-time or part-time.

No real estate license yet? Shorewest's own Real Estate Institute runs a state-approved pre-licensing course for the Wisconsin real estate salesperson license — that’s the official name of it — and we’ll walk you from your first class to your first closing. If you can sell, this is the trade‑up.

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you
