Job summary

Shorewest is seeking sales professionals in West Bend, WI, to build a thriving real estate practice with company-provided leads and personal networks. You’ll guide buyers and sellers from first contact to accepted offers, run showings, and help close deals.

Compensation is 100% commission with uncapped earnings; Shorewest provides license prep and ongoing support to help you succeed in a flexible full- or part-time schedule in the West Bend area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is a strong head start.
• Legal requirement: 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Willing to obtain Wisconsin real estate salesperson license; training provided.

Responsibilities
