Job summary

Shorewest is recruiting real estate sales professionals in the Brookfield–Waukesha area. You will manage a pipeline of company-provided leads and your own network, show homes, negotiate offers, and build a referral-driven book across Waukesha County and the Milwaukee area.

Whether full-time or part-time, earnings are commission-based with no cap, and the company offers guidance to obtain the Wisconsin real estate salesperson license.

• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate salesperson license; the company will help.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you
