Job summary

Shorewest is hiring in the Wauwatosa area to sell real estate with a pipeline of leads, showings, and open houses. You’ll negotiate offers, build a repeat and referral business, and work evenings or weekends as needed. Compensation is 100% commission, with typical annual earnings between $75,000 and $250,000 and no cap.

Training to obtain the Wisconsin real estate salesperson license is provided. You can pursue full-time or part-time hours, and the company supports your licensing journey with

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a head start; drive matters more.
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate salesperson license; Shorewest will help.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline of company-provided leads and your own network.
• Guide buyers and sellers from first contact to closing.
• Show homes and hold open houses; negotiate offers and contracts.
• Advise clients on pricing and market conditions for selling homes.
• Build repeat/referral business through Shorewest's Success Track program.
