Job summary

Shorewest is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Lake Geneva office, serving Walworth County and surrounding communities. You’ll manage a pipeline of company-generated leads and your own network, conduct showings, and negotiate offers to build a thriving client base.

With 100% commission and no cap, earnings typically range from $75,000 to $250,000 per year. We provide license assistance, flexible full- or part-time schedules, and a path from first class to closing.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a head start in real estate, with drive more important than arena.
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate salesperson license—we’ll help you through the process.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale.
