Shorewest, Wisconsin's largest family-owned real estate company, offers West Bend–Hartford office opportunities with no prior real estate experience required. New agents start with leads, a dedicated marketing team, hands-on mentorship and our Success Track training program to build a business around real estate.

Agents work with buyers and sellers, host showings, market listings and grow a repeat-and-referral business in West Bend and Washington County.

Formación

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license — we'll help.

Responsabilidades
