Shorewest invites motivated individuals in Wisconsin to start a career as real estate agents at our Elmbrook-Wauwatosa office. No prior real estate experience required; we provide licensing support and a path to build a business around it.

New agents receive leads, marketing support, mentorship, and training through Success Track. Compensation is 100% commission, with typical earnings between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, and no cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license with company help

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your client base
• Host showings and open houses with marketing team support
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to close
• Grow a repeat- and referral-based business through Shorewest's Success Track program
