Compensation:

$200,000

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming buyer and seller leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Qualify leads effectively to determine their readiness and potential for conversion.
• Nurture leads that aren't ready to move forward, maintaining engagement until they are.
• Build trust quickly with new clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Utilize CRM tools and drip campaigns to manage and track lead interactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with the transaction team to ensure seamless and timely closings.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of three years in the industry.
• Ability to respond to new leads within five minutes during business hours, ensuring timely engagement.
• Proven track record of converting qualified leads into signed buyer agreements and listing appointments.
• Strong communication skills to qualify buyer and seller inquiries through phone, text, and email.
• Proficiency in managing a CRM with detailed notes and consistent follow-up to nurture long-term leads.
• Ability to guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and closings with confidence and clarity.
• Experience coordinating with transaction and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
