Job summary

Authentic Real Estate Services, powered by PLACE, seeks a motivated Real Estate Agent in the United States. You will learn from top 20% of real estate pros, use PLACE tools, and follow a proven growth path with coaching and accountability.

You will consult with buyers and sellers, execute lead generation, hold open houses, negotiate offers, and convert prospects to appointments. This commission-based role offers a $60k-$100k USD yearly target with health benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with a current license.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to overcome objections and close deals.
• Organized with time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
